ELIA is partner in an international project, funded by the Dutch government, to develop the Artistic Research Catalogue (ARC). ARC is a web-based repository (in the making), which will serve to expose, document, stage, communicate and disseminate artistic research by students, independent artists and art institutes world wide. The research catalogue software will provide the backbone for the international Journal for Artistic Research, which was founded on 5-6 March 2010 in Bern, Switzerland.
