Every year in March / 4 months
A mega-lab programme allowing directors to profoundly explore a screenplay they are preparing to direct, while simultaneously developing voice and a personal engagement with the essential work of putting breath and blood in the characters and story which lies within the script pages.

This unique programme is specially designed to help directors acquire the new skills and tools needed to direct their first or second full-length feature.

Directors experiment with style and approach, investigate their personals visual voice or signature, explore through shooting workshops their collaborative work and processes with actors and key creative partners.

For example directors receive coaching on auditioning and casting, explore rehearsal techniques, work with professional actors on their scripts, and develop effictive management and communication skills with cast, crew and production unit.
