The application procedure for the Huygens Scholarship Programme (HSP) for 2010/2011 is available on the Nuffic website. The scolarship aims to promote the influx of talented international students into Dutch higher education.

* Eligible candidates: Students from all countries in the final phase of their Bachelor degree or in their Master phase.
* Average level of scholarship: 11000 euro plus tuition per year
* Application deadline scholarship: 1 February 2010
* Average number of scholarships granted each year: 20-25
* Provided by: Dutch Government/NUFFIC

Outstanding students who have (nearly) completed a programme of higher education and have (nearly) obtained their Bachelor's or Master's degree may apply for admission to ArtEZ Institute of the Arts. If the student is admitted, he or she may be nominated for an HSP grant by the Head of their Department within ArtEZ.
