Özet
Orta Asya’da Türkler Animizm’den Budizm’e pek çok dinin etkisi altında kalır. Bir inanç tekniği olarak Şamanizm, oyuncu şamanın gösterilerine rağmen bir dram sanatı doğurmaz. Tükler Anadolu’ya göç ettikten sonra bu motifler seyirlik gelenekleri içinde yaşar. İslamiyet ise tasvir ve canlandırmaya yasaklar getirmiştir.
